IMG_0930The temperature is slowly rising, finally getting into the high 80’s.  It’s been infrequent, that we get anywhere close to the 90’s, but we’re close.  The pugs melt in that sort of weather, and their outside sorties are limited to very short jaunts out and back, lest they expire.

Physical Therapy on the knee is being ratcheted up.  They already have me doing ankle weights, steps and squats.  Next up will be the five pound ankle weights.  The goal is knee flexibility, mobility and strength.  The exercises start at 15 minutes twice a day, and grow to an hour twice a day.  A significant, but necessary, time commitment.
