Happiness and Profits

Tony Hsieh, founder and CEO of Zappos, claims that happy employees make happy customers make larger margins and bigger profits.  On “This Week in Startups” Session 93,  Tony talks about how Zappos was founded, evolved and was later acquired by Amazon.

By now, most people know the story of Zappos and how a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and former Nordstrom executive and  started the business, and that Jerry Hsieh originally invested in the company and later joined management.
